Return & Exchange Policy
At Topaztea, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment to arrange for a return or exchange. We only accept returns of unopened and unused products, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange the product for something else.
